Lin joined us in 2024 and is our very shy but kind Assistant Client Care Coordinator. She juggles three small kids and a full time job, and we bow to her tenacity. She is extremely dedicated to customer service and has been doing it for decades. She is calm and cool and loves to serve our clients. She is a joy to work with, easy to talk to and knows the business well!
