Job Title: Sales/Office Coordinator

Reports to: Owner – Andrea Varnai

Job Description:

The Sales & Office Coordinator will undertake a variety of day-to-day sales, office and clerical tasks and be an integral part in ensuring that office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills and will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative and sales duties with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers
  • Submit quotes in response to phone, email and online inquiries
  • Scheduling
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Intake Area Rugs (some lifting required)
  • Groom/Wrap clean area rugs and schedule deliveries
  • Handle customer complaints or issues
  • Monitor office/truck supplies/inventory and place orders
  • Collections and Bill Paying

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles a plus
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, CRM Systems.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Associate’s/College degree; BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field is a plus

Job Title: Assistant Service Technician

Reports to: Owner

Job Description:

Assist lead technician in Providing sales and carpet/upholstery cleaning services using hot water extraction techniques with portable machine.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving bookings and preparing ahead for each job
  • Arriving at customer home and conducting proper introduction and walk through
  • Confirming estimate and offering additional services where applicable
  • Providing recommended cleaning services
  • Charging balance upon completion
  • Requesting positive reviews and referrals
  • Pickup and delivery of area rugs
  • Cleaning area rugs at main office

Requirements:

  • Clean driving record
  • Driver’s License
  • Able to lift over 65lbs
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and accept instruction
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations when needed
  • Ability and willingness to use mobile devices, computer, internet
  • Reliable Transportation to and from main office
  • Clean Background – check will be conducted
