UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
- Upholstered pieces are charged per linear foot. The range is $30 – $40 depending on construction, color, and fiber type. Additional fees may apply for excessive soiling conditions, delicate fibers, or difficult access.
Area Rug Washing – In Plant
We offer the highest quality dusting and hand wash service for your valued rugs. We also offer appraisal and repair services.
- Machine Made, Synthetic = $4.5/sq ft
- Hand Made Wool = $5.5/sq ft
- Silk, Flokati/Shag/Sheepskin, Needlepoint, Mexican, Navajos = $6-12/sq ft
- Art Silk/Viscose = $7-10/sq ft
- Pet stain/odor (urine) removal = Add $1/sq ft
- Pick up/Delivery (Round Trip) = $95+
*Pricing is valid for normal soiling conditions only, carpet professionally cleaned within the last 6-12 months
**We have a minimum of $179 for any job in Marin County and $199 In surrounding Counties (Additional fees apply to spaces with elevator access or stair access. Locations outside of our service area and same-day appointments are subject to higher minimums.)
