Customer Loyalty Program Rewards can be used toward any cleaning service. Simply hand the technician the card at the end of the service, and it is treated just like cash.
For every new client you refer to us, we will reward you with a 10% referral reward. You will receive a gift card that you may use for any of our services or redeem for cash.
Let’s say you refer a new client to us and they spend $500.00 for their cleaning service. We will automatically send you a gift card for $50.00. To redeem it, you simply present it toward a cleaning service, or mail it to our office for cash back and we will send you a check.
We want to reward you every way we can.
Have your friends mention you during online booking and we'll mail your reward at the end of the month in which we complete the job.
Email us or fill out the form with your friend's details. We'll mail your reward at the end of the month once the service is completed.
Have your friends mention you when they call to book. We'll notify you of the referral, and mail your reward at the end of the month once the appointment is completed.
If you want to gift your reward, just let us know when you submit the form and your friend can redeem it when they book their appointment.

Customer Loyalty Program Rewards may be forwarded to friends when you refer them, or may be handed to anyone that you wish to share your reward with – even if they are a return customer like you!
Program Rewards MAY be combined with any other offer or discount and there is no limit to how many you may use for each service. You can pay for your entire cleaning or tip your technician using Program Rewards.
Each card may only be redeemed once – your technician will apply the amount toward your balance - and will return the card to the office as your payment.
If you don’t want to save your rewards for your next service, you can also opt to exchange them for cash! Simply send them to our office at 41 Belvedere Street, Suite 1, San Rafael, CA 94901. We will send you back a check within 14 days!
Please note – our drivers do not carry cash, so we cannot exchange rewards for cash or provide change at the time of service.
