Perform a pre-inspection of the Carpet in each room to be cleaned noting stains, odors, soiled areas, or noticeable traffic patterns on your carpets.
We move smaller items from the room to be cleaned (chairs, small tables, plants – not including large items, such as sofa beds, entertainment centers, pianos, china cabinets, beds, etc.) Please note that we do not typically move the furniture back in place unless requested, as areas need time to dry.
Before starting the carpet cleaning process, we treat the carpet with all-natural detergent -formulated to your specific fiber blend - to loosen the carpet fibers and prepare it for extraction. This must sit on the carpet for 10 minutes, so while it may look like we are just standing around... we are... :)
We Agitate, Clean, and Rinse the entire carpeted area using temperature appropriate hot water extraction.
The icing on the cake is your optional Protector or Allergy Treatment. Or if you like a little scent, we have fragrance free essential oil deodorizers to leave you with a lingering feeling of peace. Any one of these will be sprayed onto the carpet and gently worked into the fibers.
Your technician will perform final grooming of the carpet upon request (some people prefer the cleaning triangles to remain, but grooming does speed up dry time and the chance of wicking, so we recommend it.) Please don't walk on the carpets immediately following a cleaning - you will pull up dirt trapped under the fibers and resoil the carpeting.
We always conduct a final inspection with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our carpet cleaning service.
