Job Description:
Main goal is to give exceptional customer service to Mother Nature’s Cleaning clients and to adhere to job duties and company policies. Cleaning Technician will perform carpet & rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, protection, deodorization, technical assistance and other related services to Mother Nature’s Cleaning clients in a polite, professional, efficient and thorough manner.
Responsibilities:
- Complete adherence to company policies and mission statement. (See MNC handbook)
- Be to work 10-15 minutes before morning meeting and/or designated arrival time.
- Participate in company meetings.
- Completely fill out route logs, work-orders, load lists, check-off lists and other related paperwork.
- Perform necessary cleaning services to Mother Nature’s Cleaning clients that reflect company, industry and safety standards.
- Always treat customer with dignity, good manners and respect.
- Perform above standard. (Explained in more detail below)
- Perform daily maintenance on van, equipment and accessories.
- Represent the company consistently in positive terms.
- Responsible for operating and securing equipment safely.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- CA Driver’s License
- Able to lift over 65lbs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to use mobile devices, computer, internet
- Reliable Transportation to and from main office
