As 2025 comes to an end, we are proud to celebrate the conclusion of our 16th year in business. We have remained one of the Bay Area’s most trusted carpet, area rug and specialty cleaners because of our loyal customer base, top tier technicians, impeccable cleaning standards, and transparency in our process.We look back on this year with gratitude and want to say thank you to all of our customers for your continued business!We leave you with a brief highlight of our year and some tips for keeping your belongings tidy through the new year.Your patronage this year was so consistent that we will call 2025 the year of "upping our game in order to better service our customers!"
- We added four new service vehicles to our fleet (replacing some that aged out and adding a couple of new work horses!)
- We launched our new website.
- Our HQ got a much-needed facelift including safety lighting and cameras around the perimeter.
- We added a few impressive staff members.
- Staff attended two training events each quarter to polish up our skills.
- We replaced a whole slew of aging equipment.
- And we completed a total of 2,740 jobs!!
